Frank Lakoudis is a singer from Sydney, New South Wales who is currently a contestant on Season 3 of The Voice.

Official Bio[]

Lead singer of heavy metal band ‘Rattlesnake’, Frank is Sydney’s Greek revival of the 70s rock god era and on stage, he’s every bit the part. Off stage, he is a talented 3D animator completing a degree in web and app design.

While his musical father first encouraged him to play the guitar, it was the allure of a rock and roll lifestyle that motivated him to pursue a career in music. Pointing to the likes of rock icon Bon Jovi for inspiration, Frank feels that rock is misunderstood in today’s music scene and is determined to make a big impact on The Voice.

The Voice[]

Frank, age 22, auditioned for The Voice with a performance of "Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin, turning three out of four chairs. His performance left the judges amazed, and eventually chose Joel as his coach.

In the Battle Rounds he sang 'Under the Bridge' where he went up against Harry Healy, winning the battle rounds.

Frank sang 'Keep the Faith' in the Showdowns and was sent straight to the Live Finals. In the first live final round he sang 'I Was Made for Lovin' You' and was saved by Joel. In the second round he sang 'American Woman' and was put into the bottom two. In the third round he received an instant save after performing 'We Are the Champions'.

In the semi final, Frank sang 'Sweet Child O' Mine' and was sent through to the Grand Finale.
